Muscular Dystrophy Canada’s first Neuromuscular Disorders National Symposium will be held in Quebec City on May 3-4, 2018. The main objectives of the symposium are to share best practices with health care professionals, researchers, clinicians and knowledge translation in the field of neuromuscular disorders. The symposium will focus on knowledge translation, assisting with moving research outcomes, and improving standards of care and best practices for individuals living with a neuromuscular disorder.  


The symposium will be the avenue for all neuromuscular experts nationwide to share information on research, knowledge translation, new treatments, best practices and advanced technologies related to neuromuscular disorders.  


The theme of the symposium will be " From Bench to Bedside: Scientific Advances to Application".


A preferential rate of $ 139 per room (Hôtel Le Concorde) will be offered to conference participants. Please find the information and the code to give to the hotel in the confirmation email that you will receive following your reservation.


A pre-conference training under the theme of clinical trials "From the molecule to the patient" will take place the day before the symposium, May 2 in the afternoon (see the conferences in the program section).
