  • Thirty-three presentations provided by scientists internationally recognized for their outstanding research in energy homeostasis and metabolism.

 

  • Plenary sessions with overviews on the several research themes related to homeostasic and metabolic pathways or mechanisms, as well as on the several state-of-the-art and innovative approaches to measure energy intake, energy expenditure and fuel utilization in humans and animals.

 

  • Sessions that will address the design for free-living assessments of energy homeostasis/metabolism and analysing the data.

 

  • Free-communication sessions for both oral and poster presentations by conference attendees, particularly trainees.
