This activity is intended for ophthalmologists, residents in ophthalmology and nursing staff.

 

This activity is eligible for the allowances provided for in Annex 44.

 

This program was developed in collaboration with the Association des médecins ophtalmologistes du Québec and the CHU Sainte-Justine to insure the scientific priniples of intergrity, objectivity and balance.

   Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, the following fees will be applied:

  • Cancellation before September 4, 2018: 15% of registration fee
  • Cancellation after September 4, 2018 : 50 % of registration fee
  • No refund on or after the day of the event

 


   Access

The best option to get to Sainte-Justine's hospital is by public transportation. The hospital is accessible by bus (129) or by metro (Université de Montréal metro station). A parking lot ($) is also accessible via Chemin de la Côte Sainte-Catherine entrance.
