The McGill High Throughput Screening facility is proud to present the 2015 McGill HTS / HCS Conference and Workshop which will take place on Friday, March 13th in the McIntyre Building at McGill University.
This conference focuses on HTS tools and technologies/drug discovery and brings together a host of senior level experts to discuss recent development on state-of-the-art technologies, methods, tools, assays, equipments and concepts in the field of HTS/drug discovery.
This event will look at the emerging trends in a series of core areas, including HTS assay development/drug discovery, importance of Medicinal Chemistry and new concepts in the hit-to-lead optimization, siRNA, shRNA, CRISPR/cas9 and ORFeome technologies. In the afternoon, a workshop session will be held with some equipment presentations and demonstration from biotech companies to inform attendees on automation system, High Content Screening and automated patch-clamp.
